About this Forum

Alan Ehrenhelt has been visiting downtowns across the country and will share his observations and insights into the myths and realities of downtown revival. Ehrenhalt is the executive editor of Governing magazine, a monthly publication serving state and local government workers and the author of The Lost City: Discovering the Forgotten Virtues of Community in the Chicago of the 1950s and The United States of Ambition.
