A vastly important figure in rock history, Al Kooper has been a sessionman with Bob Dylan, has produced B.B. King and Joe Ely, discovered Lynyrd Skynyrd and founded Blood, Sweat and Tears. Steaks and Chops perform classic blues-rock from the mid '60s through the early '70s. A typical setlist sums it up: Cream, Blind Faith, The Band, electric Bob Dylan, Procul Harum, Stones, Zeppelin, The Band, Blodwyn Pig, Johnny Winter, The Byrds, early Who, Traffic, etc.
