Aikido & Fitness Summer Camp (ages 5-17) June 12, 2011

Is your child interested in martial arts? This camp for ages 5-17, offered through UNM Continuing Education, will teach your child the non-competitive Japanese martial art of Aikido. In addition to increasing endurance, coordination, teamwork, and flexibility, campers will learn about nutrition and healthy food decisions from a registered dietitian! Bring a snack and lunch. Camp runs from 9:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday starting June 13, 2011 through June 17, 2011 or June 20, 2011 through June 24, 2011 at Aikido of Albuquerque. Tuition is $230 per session.
