Aid for Africa (AFA) is a charity bowling event with proceeds going directly to charities that aid African countries. This forum promotes philanthropy and educates individuals on charitable efforts of several organizations.

This event is in honor and memory of the late Mr. Cecil K. Watkins who was a community leader and activist. Mr. Watkins served as the Director of Community and Special Programs for the National Basketball Association. He also transformed communities with his unconditional generosity by serving as the President of the National Pro-Am City Leagues Association, Inc. and Governor of the New York Metropolitan Amateur Athletic Union, both national nonprofit sports organizations.

The AFA event will focus on charities that provide direct care and services to youth and women primarily in the areas of Education, Poverty Relief, and Health Care. The following charities will benefit from this event:

-Keep a Child Alive (KCA)
-The Fistula Foundation
-Cecil K. and LeRoy J. Watkins National Pro-Am Foundation*

Show your benevolence and be a part of this philanthropic experience. Enjoy an evening of networking and fun (food included)

* In remembrance of the honoree, a portion of the donations will be made to the Cecil K. and LeRoy J. Watkins National Pro-Am Foundation
