African Festival 2009 October 17, 2009

The 12th Annual African Festival, organized by the African Association of Arizona (AFASA), will take place on Saturday October 17, 2009 at Arizona State University's West campus at 47th Avenue and Thunderbird Road in Phoenix from 9:00 AM -6:00 PM.

As a PUBLIC EVENT, it is free and open to the public. We aim to surpass last year's turnout of over 3,000 attendees. The festival is designed to treat the people of Arizona to a unique EXPERIENCE IN AFRICAN CULTURE. Join us for a day of African music, dance, art, culture, and food.
