Advanced Weekly Qigong Practice Classes June 2, 2011

For these five Thursdays, we will have 2 consecutive classes, a beginning and advanced. This is a great opportunity to begin or renew your practice plus learn the advanced form all in one half day! Mingtong and Linling will answer your questions and give teachings according to your stage of practice. 2 classes will have guest teachers lead the groups.

ADVANCED CLASS:

There will be one session guided by certified WHQ teachers. The classes will include: SBM, Chen Chi or Spine Bending or Hip Rotation, LCUPCD or Standing Meditation or Group Healing.

This class is designed for repeating students, and is a support class for repeating and retreat practitioners.

There will be a Beginning Class from 9-10:30 am on these dame days
