Adam Sank's Gay Bash, Starring Judy Gold! September 20, 2007

After a brief summer hiatus, Adam Sank's howlingly funny gay comedy showcase returns to Comix with headliner JUDY GOLD — nationally renowned comedian, two-time Emmy Award winner, Cable Ace Award winner and Drama Desk Award nominee — on Thursday, Sept. 20 at 8 p.m. Judy's numerous television credits include: HBO’s "At the Multiplex with Judy Gold," Comedy Central's "100 Greatest Stand-Ups of All Time," HBO's "All Aboard: Rosie’s Family Cruise" and her own half-hour stand-up specials on HBO and Comedy Central.

Also appearing as Adam’s special guest will be acclaimed actor-comedian RICK CROM, seen on Broadway, in "Urinetown," "The Goodbye Girl" and "Footloose" and on television, on "Tough Crowd With Colin Quinn" and MTV's "Half-Hour Comedy Hour."

Rounding out the all-star lineup are ROBIN FOX (WOR-Radio, NY Underground Comedy Festival), BRAD LOEKLE (The Ice Palace at Cherry Grove, Sirius OutQRadio) YAMANEIKA ("Last Comic Standing") and Brian Barry (Radio City Christmas Spectacular).

Hosting the show as always will be ADAM SANK, who has performed for gay and straight audiences alike at clubs throughout the New York City area, as well as Fire Island (The Ice Palace at Cherry Grove), Rehoboth Beach (The Blue Moon), the Poconos (Rainbow Mountain Resort) and Cancun, Mexico (Atlantis Events). He has also appeared on Vh-1's "Best Week Ever" and Sirius OutQ Radio.
