I've heard spicy rumors about Singles' Nights at the old Wine Library before they changed management and the name to "Tannins." Once I even saw a rowdy crowd of women wander over to sup at Mio Vicinos late on a week night after downing a few glasses of gourmet red. They looked like they were having a ball. There is a singles' night each first Saturday of the month at Tannins we can also enjoy.

Let's head over there and see what this whole wine bar singles' event is all about. We'll meet for dinner at the fabulous Mia Vicino's at 6:30pm. At 7:30, we'll ramble over to Tannins for the tasting. Dinner will run about $20 and the tasting should be something like $15 for five smallish glasses of wine. Be sure to bring a single friend to share in the fun.
