Carl PALMER vs Steve PALMER vs Ian PALMER

How many families have 3 internationally acclaimed drummers? To my knowledge only 1. The Palmers from Birmingham; Carl Palmer, Steve Palmer and Ian Palmer are to do battle live on stage together.
Carl Palmer ? performed with the Crazy World of Arthur Brown, Atomic Rooster, Asia and of course the awesome Emerson Lake & Palmer and lately The Carl Palmer Band.
Steve Palmer ? one of the best swing players in the business, he has worked with Roy Wood, Nigel Kennedy and Curtis Stigers.
Ian Palmer ? very active in session work and the drum scene. Has performed with Buddy Greco, Roy Wood, Salina Jones, Martin Taylor, Alan Skidmore? Don?t miss this unique event!

Excellent event for anyone into percussion, espescially drumming (der.. obviously!). For the oldies a superb opportunity to observer that the bedrock of ELP is still driving the scene. Steve playing alongside a carribean rhythm ensemble, Ian showing us the 'natural' drumming technique he picked up from just the top notch drum masters world wide, and of course Carl demonstrating a number of techniques and eventually bringing on the Carl Palmer band for a full set. Then all three drummers in a great showdown which included some of ELP greatest tracks. One of the best drum clinincs I ever attended. KevT
