A Hands-on Asian Inspired Dinner with Lou Pappas May 22, 2011

Participate in preparing an Asian-style dinner in the Carriage House with Lou Pappas and the Gamble team. The menu will feature Assorted Sushi Rolls, Chicken and Mushrooms Teriyaki Wrapped in Parchment, Asparagus Spears, Sesame-Dressed Salad Greens, and Almond-Glazed Orange Chiffon Cake with Strawberries and Whipped Cream. Wine will accompany the menu.

Lou Seibert Pappas, one of Gamble Garden's most popular instructors, is an accomplished cook, a world traveler, and the author of more than 50 cookbooks, including Biscotti, Crepes, Coffeecakes, and Ice Creams & Sorbets. Lou enthusiastically grows many of her own fruits and vegetables in her garden in Palo Alto.
