A Festive Winter Dinner at Gamble Garden with Lou Pappas January 30, 2011

Celebrate the winter season and an early Valentine's Day dinner with a participation-style cooking class in the Carriage House. The menu will feature Jack Graf's Special Bread, Hummus with Crudites, Citrus and Greens Salad, Lemon and Olive Lamb Stew, Couscous, and Pear and Apple Cranberry Crisp with wines to accompany.

Lou Seibert Pappas, one of Gamble Garden's most popular instructors, is an accomplished cook, a world traveler, and the author of more than 50 cookbooks, including Biscotti, Crepes, Coffeecakes, and Ice Creams & Sorbets. Lou enthusiastically grows many of her own fruits and vegetables in her garden in Palo Alto.
