A Chocolat au Vin Affair - St. Jude Children's Research Hospital's Wine and Chocolate Affair, An Elegant Evening of Decadence, Dancing and Dreams May 28, 2009

On this inaugural night for this event, celebrities, business leaders and New York’s elite will assemble to experience one of the most lavish chocolate, wine and champagne pairing events held to date, all to benefit St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.

Imagine walking into one of New York City’s most elegant spaces filled with the distinct scent of chocolate emanating from a series of flowing chocolate fountains located throughout the room. Godiva Chocolate Truffles and Dark Chocolate will be carefully paired by top Chocolatiers with the finest wine and champagne in six to ten carefully organized tasting stations, each tasting station having a financial sponsor. The room will be carefully dressed by one of world’s most recognized Chocolate makers and key sponsors, Godiva Chocolatier, with beautiful chocolate satin drapes extending up to three stories high. The evening will be accompanied by one of New York City’s finest orchestras setting the stage for an evening of elegant dancing and musical entertainment. To top off the evening, one of this century’s top entertainers, such as, Tony Bennet, Norah Jones, Michael Bublé, Harry Connick, Jr., Alicia Keys, will be asked to perform adding their smooth sounds to the evening.
