Formed in Seattle in September of 2004, pianist Linda Enns brought together long time musical collaborator Michael Jacobs and newly found drummer David Campbell. The three oficially met at Jack Straw studios while putting together Linda's third solo CD (Club Sugar Spin). The project went well, and the band 80:20 was formed...the group is now complete with the arrival of bassist Shaun O'Neil.
