2263 Mission St
San Francisco, California 94110

Stand up, video and sketch comedy to be presented for your amusement. Things We Made, San Francisco's premier alt comedy group, presents Miles K's 8 Bit Opera. A show of touching depth with limited means to create the illusion thereof.

Things We Made has already established itself as the heart of an nascent brand of San Francisco comedy, the show has been twice featured in the SF sketchfest and has garnered a fearsome reputation amongst comedians nationwide. Now, four thursdays a month, the TWM will present a show hosted and created by a young, emerging talent. 8 Bit Opera is just one of those four shows but everyone secretly agrees it's the very best.

To be held at the Dark Room in the Mission District; we encourage you to bring and consume your own alcohol i.e. DIY Drunk. So if you enjoy alternative comedy at alternative venues in alternative neighborhoods then you have no alternative but to attend this mandatory event for all subversive and ironically minded individuals. Be there or be forced to consume yourself like uros buros.

The show will feature a healthy dose of stand up comedy, live improvisation, pre-recorded sketch and competitive games that will set the comedians against one another in the hopes that someone's soul will snap right before your very eyes.

8 Bit Opera will feature
Miles K, college humor - cleverthingstosay.com

Emily Heller, of Emily and Beata
Patrick Bulger, Things We Made founder and president and the Boston Comedy Festival
Mary Van Note, of IFC's The Mary Van Note Show and Maryvannote.com

plus a series of whimsical pieces and bits that will leave the audience for a more attractive partner.
