4th Annual Waikiki Spam Jam Street Festival April 29, 2006

One of Hawaii's largest organized block parties is back. Kalakaua Avenue in front of the Royal Hawaiian Shopping Center is closed to street traffic. Two stages are set up with free entertainment that includes Grammy nominee Raiatea Helm and popular alternative rockers Go Jimmy Go. There are also food booths by popular restaurants serving Spam dishes, two merchandise tents selling spam themed goods, and much more. A portion of the proceeds benefits the Hawaii Food Bank.
