3MG, or 3 Melancholy Gypsys, is a southern California hip-hop group which consists of rappers Eligh, Scarub and Murs. The trio first met in high school in 1992 and since 1995 have been committed to their solo careers as well as being part of the Living Legends family, a crew of independent hip-hop creators primary based in Los Angeles and Oakland.
