3024 Photos under the motto "XY Unresolved"

The fotomarathon is a photo competition under extreme circumstances. In 12 hours, participants try to illustrate 24 themes creatively. The challenge is to create a consistent 24 photo series and to keep having good ideas until the end of the marathon. One detail is important: for every theme there is only one photo available -every decision counts.

The photos follow one general theme, and are taken in the order as they are given. This year´s motto is "XY Unresolved" -after a legendary German show, where viewers help the police by providing hints.

This year´s individual themes include such as "hush hush operation", "hot trail" or "Alibi".

126 competitors took place, coming not only from Berlin but from other German and European cities.

The award ceremony takes place on SAturday 11.10 at 18.00 within the framework of the Exhibition.
