2nd Annual Fall BBQ Cook-Off Fundraising Event For Rolling Hills VFD October 16, 2009

The Rolling Hills Volunteer Fire Department would like to invite you to our 2nd Annual Fall BBQ Cook-Off Fundraising Event. We are trying to raise money to finish building our station. There will be BBQ plates for sale for $5.00 a plate. We will have Train rides and a Moonwalk for the kids. Car, Motorcycle & Open Show.Vendors will be on-site with a variety of items.
A silent auction will begin at 11:00 am and end at 3:00 pm. The live auction will begin at 4:00 pm. The BBQ will be Brisket, Ribs, Chicken, Jackpot Beans & Jackpot Open

THE COOK-OFF WILL BE SANCTIONED BY THE LONE STAR BARBECUE SOCIETY

10:00 am - Train Rides and Moonwalk Open

11:00 am - Silent Auction Begins

3:00 pm - Silent Auction Ends

4:00 pm - Live Auction Begins

5:00 pm - Awards Ceremony

7:00 pm - Live Music
