Join us for a Literary Feast March 20-21, 2009 in Fort Lauderdale, Florida and meet 25 nationally recognized authors.

The 21st Edition of Literary Feast will bring as many as 25 authors to Fort Lauderdale, Florida to participate in a weekend celebration of writers and writing.

Novel Day - The unique educational outreach program in which authors visit local high schools to discuss their life and works. A writing contest to encourage young writers is held and over 1,500 student works are judged. (Friday, March 20 in the morning)

LitLIVE! - The daylong series of panel discussions, lectures, book sales and signings present guest authors to thousands of readers across South Florida. The event is held at the Alvin Sherman Library, Research and Information Technology Center on the campus of Nova Southeastern University. (Saturday, March 21 - all day)

A Night of Literary Feasts - The premier literary fund-raising event begins with a two hour cocktail reception, book sales and signing. Followed by a series of dinner parties in private homes and restaurants with individual authors in attendance. (Saturday, March 21 in the evening)

Proceeds benefit the Broward Public Library Foundation, which is committed to enhancing the collections, programs and services of the Broward County Library system beyond the means of public funding.
