21st Annual Caesar Salad Competition October 14, 2005

The public is invited to attend and sample, drink wine and vote for their favorite Caesars. This is always a fun event, with some chefs in costume and many outrageous and/or creative interpretations of the Caesar salad. Admission is $35 at the door.

Sponsors include the Houston Food & Beverage Managers Association and My Table magazine, and proceeds benefit the Food & Beverage Managers Association Educational Endowments.
