2010 Midwest Historical Archaeology Conference October 8, 2010

Participants are invited to showcase their research during the general poster session. These posters are not restricted to the conference theme of conflict nor must they be about sites in the Midwest. Undergraduate and graduate students, as well as professional archaeologists and historians, are encouraged to participate in the poster session.

The submission deadline for the poster session is Friday, September 17. Submissions must include a title, 150 word abstract, and list of authors with their professional affiliations. Submissions should be sent to [email protected]. Accepted posters will be displayed during a 90-minute poster session.

We are not accepting proposals for talks or other presentations. All talks will be delivered by invited speakers. See the schedule for a list of invited presentations.

Registration

All participants and attendees must register for the conference and pay the registration fee ($15 for undergraduate students, $20 for all others). This fee includes lunch and light refreshments on October 9.
The deadline for pre-registration is Monday, September 20. On-site registration will include a $10 late fee.
