He has broad employment-law experience in areas such as the federal Family and Medical Leave Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the California Fair Employment and Housing Act, workers' compensation law and employment tort. Carla Hartley, Partner, Dillingham & Murphy, LLP, has represented employers in employment litigation and has extensive experience in wrongful termination, breach of contract, discrimination, harassment, the Americans with Disabilities Act, Family Medical Leave Act, Title VII, wage and hour issues, privacy rights, and trade secrets. She is also involved with trial and appellate work in state and federal court, administrative hearings and arbitrations.
