Celebrate New Year's Eve at the 15th Annual Comedy Countdown , December 31, 2010 at The Palace Of Fine Arts In San Francisco.

This years show features comedians Nick Thune,, Laurie Kilmartin, The Sklar Brothers, Christine Pazsitsky, Shane Mauss, Charlyne Yi, hosted by the Bay Area's own Joe Klocek .

Ringing in the New Year will be The Lee Vilensky Trio, along with a traditional balloon drop and champagne toast.
