Yes, the Great Pumpkin Patch does exist! On Saturday, October 23, from 12-4pm, the not-for-profit Institute for Community Living (ICL) will hold its 12th Annual ICL St. Marks Residence Brooklyn Pumpkin Patch. Located across from the Brooklyn Children’s Museum, ICL St Marks’ magnificent buildings and accompanying gardens transform into a Halloween-bedecked oasis with hidden pumpkins, a decorating room filled with pots of paint and glitter and loads of sandwiches, fruit, cookies and, of course, Halloween candy.
