10th Anniversary Rockland Gay Pride Celebration June 8, 2008

Come celebrate with Rockland's LGBT Community, their friends, families and allies. Outdoor childrens' carnival, supervised family activities, free popcorn. Street vendors and local not for profit agencies. Indoor program of music, entertainment, elected officials, faith community leaders and much more! Everything is FREE!

1:00 pm – Opening, Elected Officials & Faith Community Leaders
2:00 pm – Staceyann Chin, "out poet and political activist", co-writer/performer Tony award winning Russell Simmons Def Poetry Jam on Broadway
3:00 pm – Will Shaw, comic juggling interactive show, fun for all ages!
4:00 pm – Mayra Casales & CocoMaMa dynamic all-female Salsa band, with special treat On2 Salsa exhibition by Ifa Dancenter, White Plains
