10th Anniversary Daicha Kai October 17, 2010

An afternoon with a variety of Japanese tea traditions serving in different locations throughout the Gardens. This year will be our tenth so we are planning an extra special event. The heir of the Yabunouchi school of tea is bringing a group from Kyoto to demonstrate for us their way of tea. Since the Yabunouchi school is not one of the Sen family schools, which we are more familiar with, this will surely be a treat. This year space may be limited so apply early to ensure your place.
