The company presents four masterworks from its repertoire. 'Aureole,' a joyful display of movement invention, was one of the first modern dances to use music composed more than two centuries earlier, while '3 Epitaphs,' set to early New Orleans jazz, proves that physical comedy is timeless. 'Company B,' using Andrews Sisters' hits, instantly placed Paul Taylor among the great war poets. 'Esplanade,' set to Bach Violin Concertos, combines the dance maker's humor, poignancy and athleticism.
