About the Speakers

Donald Kung - Founder and President of Reliance Realty Group, a real estate brokerage; Portfolio Lending, Inc., a private money lender and mortgage brokerage; Donaldson Homes, Inc., a real estate renovation and construction company; and Reliance Real Estate Opportunity Fund, LLC, an investment fund generating profits for investors through the purchase of real estate assets. Donald has been involved in thousand of residential and commercial real estate transactions as a Broker, Buyer, Seller and private money lender.

Dan Rogers - Dan is a Sr. Mortgage Analyst with Reliance Realty Group. Since 2006, Dan has closed dozens of short sales, saved numerous homes from foreclosure and facilitated the purchase of millions of dollars of real estate. In mid 2008, Dan and Donald created the Mid Peninsula Investing Club to support other investors. Dan's teaching style is based around each investor's target goals and building the confidence to create action. Dan's goal for his students is to experience positive results through measurable actions.
